Quality

It has always been Sutra's focus to meet customer requirements and expectations. Having achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification, Sutra aims at meeting the cost and delivery expectations of the customer without sacrificing quality. As a part of our continuous improvement program, Sutra is gearing for SEI CMM (Integrated) certification.

Quality requirements are difficult to judge and differ for every customer. To meet these ever-changing requirements of customers, and to ensure effective project management and execution, we emphasize on working with the customers' Quality department, to ensure that their standards are met.

We have an elaborate quality management system (QMS), which has evolved over time and is well documented as part of a Quality Manual. The QMS Manual is a comprehensive repository of all software life cycle and project management processes detailed down to formats for all phases. The manual specifies the scope and deliverables for each phase.

The QCD golden triangle :

As a policy we monitor Quality, Cost and Delivery status of the project on regular basis.
QCD parameters are defined upfront as project objectives in consultation with the client and the deviations are monitored regularly.

SEPG group reviews the corrective and preventive actions taken to avoid deviations, if any.
QCD reports are shared with client to give them complete visibility about project health.
Milestone Analysis is used to define preventive actions to improve operational efficiency.
