2. What are the setup requirements for HawkEye installation?

• OS: Windows 2000/XP/Vista or Linux Enterprise-4.
• CPU: Pentium 4 or above
• Memory: 2 GB or above
• Disk space: 1GB or above
• Download open source tools and software necessary for setup from websites given below. 
  JDK : 1.5 , MySQL 5.0 , Tomcat 5.5 , Flash player 10

3. How many users can use HawkEye at a time?

• HawkEye is developed using scalable architecture.
• Number of users that can use HawkEye will depend on the hardware available.
• A large number of users can be supported.
• Current installation with a Japanese client exceeds 500 users at a single site

4. Which architecture is used in HawkEye?

• HawkEye is a web-based system, which can be accessed from multiple locations.

5. How many projects can I create in HawkEye? How many projects can I manage at a time?

• There are no restrictions in HawkEye on the number of projects that can be created or managed at a time.
• The number of projects some of our existing Japanese customers are managing are in the range of 50 to 150 projects per year spread over several months.

6. Can we set user access rights?

• Yes, user access rights can be set as per project role and organizational role.

7. Does HawkEye provide version control?

• Yes, Document Management in HawkEye provides the features such as,
  
  • Versioning
  • Locking
  • Multiple attachments
  • Hierarchical folders (tree structure), and
  • Document search

8. Which reports are available ?

The following reports can be generated in HawkEye.
