• Allocation shows the percentage of allocation of a resource over multiple projects.
• It helps identify whether a particular resource is available for a certain project.

• Utilization
• Resource calendar is displayed with planned efforts and actual efforts.
• Planned utilization shows the percentage of planned utilization of a resource over multiple projects.
• Actual utilization shows the percentage of actual utilization of a resource over multiple projects.
• The display shows under-utilization, normal utilization, and over-utilization of a particular resource.
