SSI provides excellent Industrial Training opportunity for fresher. Freshers are selected from Campus recruitment drive every year and trained on latest CAD/CAE tools. Industrial training consists of 6-months from Jan – Jun with rigorous session emphasizing on 80% practical application.  At end of the session Trainees are evaluated objectively based on their performance during the 6 months. Selected Project Trainees then become permanent Sutraits.
