SSI provides excellent Industrial Training opportunity for fresher. Fresher are selected from Campus recruitment drive every year and trained on Core Java & Advance Java Technology. Industrial training consists of 6-months from Jan – Jun with rigorous session emphasizing on 80% practical application.  At end of the session Trainees are evaluated objectively based on their performance during the 6 months. Selected Project Trainees then become permanent Sutraits.

Basic Japanese Training:
SSI provides basic Japanese language training to selected Project Trainees, Our Japanese facility teaches students to ready, write, speak Japanese. Daily / Monthly test are conducted to evaluate them. By end of the session Trainees are able to make basic Japanese conversations too.

Business Japanese Training:
Business Japanese training is provided to employee depending on their knowledge / level of Japanese. Employees are taught how to greet, write business mail, expectations from the customers etc.. One to one sessions with employees make it very interesting to learn Japanese. 60% of Sutraits are well versed with Japanese.
